Is my data stored in Thailand?
Yes, all ChatX Suite deployments are hosted on Thai cloud infrastructure by default, ensuring full data sovereignty and compliance with local regulations. Your data never leaves Thailand. Enterprise+ customers also have the option for on-premise deployment for maximum control and security.
Can I switch tiers?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Pilot to Enterprise at any time, with credit applied for your remaining pilot period. Enterprises can also upgrade to Enterprise+ as their needs grow. Our team will work with you to ensure a smooth transition with zero downtime.
What AI models are included?

What's the deployment timeline?
Pilot deployments typically take 2 weeks from contract signing to go-live. Enterprise deployments take 4-6 weeks depending on integration complexity and Role Pack customization. Enterprise+ deployments with on-premise infrastructure take 8-12 weeks. All timelines include training, testing, and user onboarding.
Is there an on-premise option?
Yes, on-premise deployment is available exclusively with Enterprise+ plans. This option provides maximum control, security, and compliance for organizations with strict data governance requirements.
